Another WDFW Commission Wildlife Committee Meeting On Game Plan

THE FOLLOWING IS A PRESS RELEASE FROM THE WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND WILDLIFE

The Washington Fish and Wildlife Commission’s Wildlife Committee will meet Feb. 28 with Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife staff to continue work on the agency’s Game Management Plan.

Staff will discuss the Authorities and Principles language with the committee, discuss the next steps for Introduction and Issue Statements, and prepare to brief the full Commission in March on the overarching Game Management Plan and discuss any current topics.

The meeting will take place from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. via Zoom and is open to the public. Information on how to access the virtual meeting is available on the WDFW website. The meeting will also be recorded and posted online so people can watch afterwards at their convenience.
