Preliminary Washington Columbia River mainstem and tributary sport sampling summary February 8-14, 2021

Salmon/Steelhead: 

Mainstem Columbia River 

Sec 5 (Woodland) – One bank angler had no catch.  

Sec 8 (Longview) – Four bank anglers had no catch.

Salmon/Steelhead: 

Columbia River Tributaries 

Cowlitz River – I-5 Br downstream – 41 bank rods had no catch. 

Above the I-5 Br – Four bank rods kept two steelhead. 6 boats/21 rods kept one steelhead. 

Sturgeon: 

John Day Pool – One bank angler had no catch. 4 boats/11 rods had no catch. 

Walleye: 

John Day Pool – 7 boats/10 rods kept nine walleye and released four walleye.
