Umpqua Wild Chinook Quota Met, Season Closing; Hatchery Coho Open Thru 8-24 At Latest
ODFW reports that the quota of 500 wild Chinook has been reached on the Umpqua River and that fishery will not reopen for more days, though hatchery coho remains open through August 24, unless the ocean quota is met sooner.
