As Washington Fall Bear Season Opens, A Reminder On New Rules, Delayed Start Dates
WDFW is reminding Washington black bear hunters about new rules in place for the fall season, including delayed openers and reduced limits for the Willapa Hills and Okanagan management units, tooth submission requirements and other rules to be aware of as bruin season opens today across the state.
Northwest Late Summer Fishing Derby Schedule
Fishing derby season is about to hit high gear in the Northwest, with events coming to the Washington and Oregon Coasts, Buoy 10, and inside waters all the way to Lewiston and Clarkson. But there are also ongoing contests to get in on in hopes of turning silver-sided and other fish into cold, hard cash.
