Smelt Dips Approved For March 12, 15 As Fish Show In Lower Columbia
WDFW approved a pair of smelt openers in the lower Cowlitz River next week (Wednesday, Saturday) after some were caught in a commercial test fishery that helps track the run and determine if enough are in to harvest some of the ESA-listed fish.
