Public Comment Opens On Proposed Rule Changes To Washington Cougar Hunting
Comment is open from now through June 21 on a slate of proposed cougar hunting season and quota changes that came out of a sharply divided Washington Fish and Wildlife Commission vote and petition the panel accepted late last year.
