Chum Fishing Opens In More Of Area 13, Plus Kennedy Creek

With inseason estimates pointing to enough chum salmon to provide for some harvest, state managers announced late this afternoon (OK, early this evening) that more of Marine Area 13 will open for fishing, along with Kennedy Creek.
