Thanks to tribal and state reintroductions in recent years and enough returning this fall to meet broodstock needs and spawn in the wild, coho retention will again be allowed on the Snake River from near Clarkston on up to the Oregon line.

More information is coming out about the 6-foot-long, 245- to 250-pound, probably 8-year-old bluefin tuna that was discovered this past summer on an Orcas Island beach – “about 150 to 200 miles” from where you might expect to see one.
