WDFW is looking for input on a plan to annually close some 23,300 acres of the Methow Wildlife Area in winter to collect data “on mule deer winter use and movement in a piloted approach intended to inform long-term stewardship at the wildlife area” that helps support the state’s largest migratory herd of the ungulates.
