Columbia River Fall Chinook Angler Survey Out

A recent ODFW-WDFW survey of Columbia fall Chinook anglers found 53 percent supported limiting retention at Buoy 10 to hatchery fish as a means to lengthen the popular fishery, while 47 percent preferred a shorter season with wild or clipped kings available for harvest.
Washington Coast 2023 Chinook, Coho Quota Options Out For Comment

Washington ocean salmon managers are looking for public comment on 2023 Chinook quotas that run from 32,500 to 42,500 fish – more than were available last year – and coho quotas from 142,800 to 168,000 – fewer than available in 2022.
